On-line Course Evaluation

Please fill out the course evaluation for this course. You can do this by going to Route Y and clicking on Student Ratings. This is available through Friday, Dec. 15. As encouragement, I will give each student who completes the rating report 0.5% extra credit toward the final grade. When you complete the rating report, you should choose the option that releases your name to your instructor, otherwise I won't know who to give the extra credit to. Your names will not be associated with the ratings you complete whether or not you release your name to me. I will not receive the actual report with student comments until sometime in January.
