Homework Appeals:  Points will NOT be given back for typographical errors (after all, you have three tries), late assignments due to weddings, job interviews, short-term illnesses, etc.  Don’t even ask. The three free late assignments are intended to help provide you with flexibility in the event of unforeseen circumstances, so use them wisely.  Also, the computer is not wrong in its grading.  I’m sorry, but you have made a mistake.  The most common errors are using the wrong data, rounding too early, or submitting answers with the wrong units.

* Tutorial Lab schedule and location

Tutorial Lab Information

The tutorial lab can help you with homework 6 days a week.  Some TAs wear a 105 badge.  These tutors have worked the Physics 105 homework problems.  Other tutors can also help with Physics 105 homework, but they may not have previously worked the problems.  See the schedule.  HINT: Try to go during off-peak hours.  (2 hours before an assignment is due is not ideal.)

* Class Notes

Notes for each class are available here. They are in pdf format.  Please warned, however, that they may change somewhat before class starts, as I modify them to account for pre-class quiz responses.  SPECIAL NOTE: To save paper, you can print 2 or 4 slides per page rather than at full size.  (Under File>>Print>>Pages per sheet, or something similar.)
